The fourth FASE provincial astronomical workshop program was held for North Central province on 14th of December 2015 at Faculty of Applied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. The mission of this program is to boost the number of professional and scholars engaged on astronomy and related fields, for the advancement of science and technology to benefit mankind. About hundred undergraduate students and several academic staff members were participated this program. The program was scheduled on the date of Geminids meteor shower and special lecture and observation session conducted.
