THE CRANE ECLIPSE

June 21, 2020,
a small partial eclipse in Bucharest.
I remarked that the Moon’s shadow
turned into a crane.
It was not my best phenomenon,
I didn’t find my old eclipse glasses
and the Mylar filter
(typical for me),
so I improvised a Gheorghe filter
which was a technical disaster
with dubious poetic valences.
Fortunately, after a while
I saw the Sun escaping
from the grip of the crane.
Who would use
an imprisoned star?
