H.B.A.A.S is an amateur astronomical society located in Herne Bay, Kent. Although primarily UK based, we currently have several members, including international members.
From total beginners to highly advanced imagers, all are welcome to join our society, even if you belong to any other astronomical societies. As we are also still learning our hobby too, we welcome input and advice from others at any level of expertise. HBAAS has a very broad ranging interest base.
HBAAS is an active society, with friendly and helpful members who are always willing to offer help and support on all levels of technical ability to help you get the best from your equipment and your interst in astronomy. Please feel free to apply for society membership, it's open to all!
